Why did you choose to work for E&J Gallo Winery? Throughout my interview process with E&J Gallo Winery I was very impressed by the company culture. Also, the opportunity for growth within the company was a huge reason why I decided to work for Gallo.
Tell us about your job responsibilities and title. I am a Field Training Manager at E&J Gallo Wine Company in Southern California. I train and teach the new sales representatives about their new job. I work with them in their respective territories and give them the tools necessary to be the best sales reps they can be.
What do you enjoy most about working at E&J Gallo Winery? The company culture is my absolute favorite thing about Gallo. It is the best work environment and I have made very close friends through this job.
What is your fondest Eller memory? Case competition! I really enjoyed working with my team and gaining necessary presentation skills that have been helpful for my career.
What advice do you have for Eller students seeking a similar career path? I would tell Eller students to look for a company that has a large amount of potential for growth and that sells something they also have a passion for.
