Why did you choose to work for Siemens? I chose to work for Siemens because of the incredible opportunities it offered and the company culture that I experienced while visiting some of their locations and meeting with the employees. I was especially drawn to the program I’m currently in because of the family feel and how I would be able to have a wide range of experiences early in my career.
Tell us about your job responsibilities and title. I’m currently in the Finance Leadership Development Program, which is a two year program where I rotate throughout the company, experiencing different business units and roles. Responsibilities vary greatly from role to role, but in my current rotation my responsibilities include costing, reporting, controlling costs, and A/P reconciliations.
What do you enjoy most about working at Siemens? I enjoy working with and meeting so many people with different backgrounds from across the world.
