If you worked on a big project during your internship, please describe what you did to help. First, I helped them print out all kinds of materials about event. Besides, I also helped them edit the Excel sheet to collate information. In addition, I went to different stores to buy related materials for them. What’s more, I also contacted the media and talked with them in the event as PR agency in the company. At the same time, I also did the PPT for the company to their clients. The last one, I helped them make the website and edited.
What did you find most challenging about your internship? First, in my opinion, I think that when I talked with media was a challenge. Since this is my first time to communicate with them about significant contents. I am supposed to speak properly with correct information. Therefore, I am afraid of talking with media, but it was worthwhile for me to exercise myself and master marketing skills.
What advice do you have for other students that are also considering interning abroad? First, they are supposed to have enough psychological preparation. Because they will have many projects to finish. Besides, even though they have huge pressure when they do the internship, they could not argue or send any incorrect contents online like Instagram or Facebook and so on. Also, before do the internship, students should learn about the company.
How did Eller (or your previous coursework) prepare you for your internship? First, BNAD course helped me lots of for my internship. Since the company requested me to edit the Excel sheet. In addition, for PPT and talked with media or make the website which I learned a little from Eller courses. But, Eller also provided enough like pre-course before we do the internship. Thus, it is helpful for me to do the internship better and more meaningful.
