What do you do on a typical day at work?
A typical day at work is providing revenue & profitability analysis on Airlines customers and new sales opportunities.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
The most rewarding aspect of my job is that my financial analysis drives both short-term and long-term business decisions.
What skills do you find important in your career or in this particular industry?
Communication to leadership and confidence are important in this industry. Additionally, having an accounting background for a finance career is very helpful on a daily basis.
In what ways did Eller prepare you for your job?
Eller really helped me to develop presentation skills and networking skills. Eller always instilled determination and success, and I truly feel that has prepared me for my career.
Advice for a student looking to enter your industry/company?
Never say never, and keep an open mind. I would suggest attending all Meet the Firms events and keeping in contact with recruiters. It really determines if you’re a good fit for the company!
Your favorite UA/Eller Memory?
My favorite Eller memory was the one day class was cancelled because it had snowed.
